Spoiler alerts from Soapcentral.com indicate things will be moving forward for Cane this week. On Wednesday, Lily made it clear that they should keep their personal lives separate. Later Hilary tries to encourage him not to give up on his marriage, but Mr. Ashby seems to be accepting that the handwriting is on the wall regarding his relationship with his wife. Thanks to Colin and Jill, their son will do the most logical thing, and be drawn towards the woman who is carrying his son. He will confide in Juliet and even make her an offer she can't refuse.

Cane will give his baby mama the opportunity to Play House with him.

The role of Colin and Jill

Colin returned to Genoa City last week and immediately reached out to the woman who is carrying his grandson, He introduced himself, embraced her with a big hug, and welcomed Juliet to the family. Later Cane and his dad left town, and on Wednesday Mr. Ashby shared with Lily that Jill had given him the authority to run "Chancellor Industries."

Spoiler alerts indicate that these actions by Colin and Jill will be instrumental in assisting Juliet to end up right where she always wanted to be. Cane will confide in Ms. Helton his feelings about Victoria hiring his estranged wife to work in his former position at "Brash and Sassy." His next step will be to invite Juliet to live with him in the Chancellor mansion.

This move may just be the final nail in the coffin of his marriage.

Juliet should not get too comfortable as lady of the manor

Ms. Helton should not become too comfortable once she moves into the Chancellor mansion, because her time playing house with Cane may be short-lived. Spoilers say that Juliet is going to have some pain but will keep it from her baby daddy.

Eventually, however, if the problem is not resolved whatever is the cause of her discomfort will indeed come to light. If there are medical issues Cane, Colin and Jill will be on top of it and see that she gets the care she needs.

There are still fans holding out that this baby does not belong to Cane, so if this is proven or Juliet has a miscarriage, "Lane" fans may believe there is hope for their favorite couple.

For now, Colin and Jill's olive branches to Cane will have his baby mama believing she has a chance with him. She may even be planning to marry him by the time their son is born.
