Iris West’s wedding to Barry Allen is fast approaching so her friends plan a Bachelorette Party for her ahead of the big day. However, what is supposed to be a merry moment turns into a disaster when Killer Frost appears. Danielle Panabaker, who plays the character, shares what happens when the villain returns in “The Flash” Season 4 episode 5.

Killer Frost returns

Panabaker did not go into details about what happens when Caitlin’s evil doppelganger appears, although she hints that the party ends in favor of the doctor. Iris helps Caitlin come to terms with her identity and her past.

“When Killer Frost shows up, Iris has a lot of compassion for Killer Frost and a lot of compassion for Caitlin and is pivotal in helping Caitlin reconcile herself with her past and some of the mistakes that Killer Frost made,” Panabaker tells Entertainment Weekly.

The episode also explores Caitlin’s past. Episode 5 gives viewers an idea of what Caitlin did during the six months that she was not at S.T.A.R. Labs with her friends. Fans may remember that she left at the end of season 3 to address her identity crisis. The six months between the end of season 3 and the beginning of season 4 did not reveal what Caitlin did or what she was up to. Instead, the premiere gave a brief idea on who she associated with by introducing a new character named Amunet Black.

She seems important to Killer Frost aside from her being her boss at the bar.

According to the publication, episode 5 of “The Flash” season 4 will reveal Killer Frost’s connection to Amunet Black. In the DC comics, Amunet is the boss of an underground black market of supervillains. Perhaps Killer Frost ended up working for her in the six months after she left S.T.A.R.

Labs.

This would be the second time in season 4 that Caitlin unleashes her evil doppelganger. The first was at the bar where she used to work. She attacked Amunet’s bodyguard who tried to stop her from quitting her job. She also nearly unleashed her evil doppelganger while at S.T.A.R. Labs. Good thing Caitlin ruled over Killer Frost.

Iris’ bachelorette party

Episode 5 is aptly called “Girls Night Out” and sees Iris, Caitlin, Felicity and Cecil on a night out in Central City. Iris’ bachelorette party starts out fun. However, they eventually find themselves in trouble after Caitlin receives an ominous threat from Amunet, according to YouTube user TheDCTVShow. Meanwhile, the boys are also out partying at some bar. A few photos from theepisode shows Barry looking like he had too much to drink.
