Leah Remini is incredibly popular once again. The comedic actress has been known for her ties to Scientology, and when she left the church, she was shunned from anyone who considered themselves a Scientologist. This means that Remini's relationships with John Travolta and Tom Cruise were severed. When she decided to expose what happens in the religion, things got even tenser. From death threats to personal attacks, Leah has experienced it all.

'Scientology and the Aftermath'

Season 2 of “Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath” is currently airing on the A&E network.

This week a new episode won't air, but there have been several that have been shown already. Remini and Mike Rinder have been exposing the happenings in the church, and have spoken with several former Scientologists who back up claims that have been made about the organization. In fact, even the leader's father spoke with the duo about his son. Unfortunately, with exposure comes nastiness and threats. Despite the church's denial of the threats it has put out for Remini and Rinder, viewers are beginning to see the truth about the Church of Scientology, and what it is all about.

A lot has been revealed about Scientologists and what they believe and do. The belief system seems outrageous to those who aren't “brainwashed” within the “cult.” Several fans have vocalized the lunacy they hear about with Scientology.

As of now, Leah Remini has only been given season 2 for sure, but according to Us Weekly, she is open to doing a season 3. It could even be different from Scientology as she has gotten requests to investigate other religious cults.

Season 3 Jehovah's Witnesses

It looks like Leah Remini has gotten some requests to investigate the Jehovah's Witnesses.

They are a Christian-based group, one that believes Jesus is the son of God. The rules are incredibly strict, and they celebrate almost nothing within the church. There are no windows in their buildings, they have to dress a certain way, and they aren't into celebrating birthdays. Jehovah's Witnesses take to the streets to recruit new members to be saved.

Remini has gotten warnings about the group as well, deeming them incredibly powerful. Of course, that doesn't scare her. Leah Remini is fearless when it comes to calling out the organizations that are deemed cults.

Nothing has been confirmed about a season 3 for “Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath” yet. It is assumed that something will be figured out in the near future, especially since this show is one of the most-talked-about on television now. Leah Remini won an Emmy for it, and she wants to continue helping people.
