Leah Messer has been focusing on positivity lately, revealing that she wants to live the best life she can live. She has been trying to create a lifestyle for herself and her girls that is balanced and positive, including giving Ali the best experiences possible. This happened on last night's episode of "Teen Mom 2," as Ali cried because she couldn't do what her sister could do. The "Teen Mom 2" struggled to explain to Ali that there were things that she could do that Aleeah can't do. Usually, Leah is all about her family and she rarely speaks out about her co-stars.

She hasn't even talked about Jenelle Evans' threat about leaving the show.

According to a new Instagram post, Leah Messer is now speaking out about knowing your worth and she decided to talk about love. She pointed to people, who are staying with people to keep them. It's possible that she is referring to Jenelle, who is getting closer to David Eason as she's pushing people away from her. She has pushed her mother away and she recently revealed that she is distancing herself from the "Teen Mom 2" fans as well.

Knowing your worth

"You should never feel like you have to hold onto someone in order to keep them in your life. If they want to go, let them. Spend time with those who meet you halfway, those who reciprocate your love and loyalty without strings attached.

Know your worth, live your standard," Leah Messer wrote in an Instagram post, revealing that people shouldn't keep their partners simply to ensure that they don't leave them for anyone else.

Maybe she's asking Jenelle to question her own self-worth, as she may be putting herself in a bubble with her husband. Her decision to remove herself from the spotlight came as David was labeled as abusive on "Teen Mom 2" and fans were concerned about her safety.

Maybe she doesn't want to be in the spotlight anymore. Perhaps Leah is trying to tell her co-star that she needs to let David go to see if they are indeed meant to be.

David labeled as abusive

During last Monday's episode of "Teen Mom 2," David aggressively grabbed Kaiser's arm as he was trying to take a photo with Jenelle. She didn't do anything about the situation, as she was more concerned about getting a great photo.

Fans were shocked about the situation and they weren't happy about it. Many called for David to be removed from the show.

What do you think of Leah Messer's post on Instagram? Do you think her post is very applicable to Jenelle's position these days?
