"Days of our Lives" spoilers reveal that Will Horton's reunion with his family is likely right around the corner. However, "DOOL" fans who are expecting a happy family reunion may be in for a big surprise. The latest rumors about the NBC soap reveal that Will won't be the same man who left Salem in a body bag a couple of years ago, in fact, he'll be greatly changed thanks to Dr. Rolf.

Will's return could shock fans

According to the latest "Days of our Lives" spoilers, some from Celeb Dirty Laundry, it seems that Will Horton is alive and that Dr.

Rolf will be the one to thank for bringing him back from the dead. As many "DOOL" fans know, Will was killed by Ben Weston and presumed dead until just recently when Ben returned to Salem with claims that Will was actually still alive, and that Rolf was responsible for it all. Now, Will's mother, Sami Brady, has returned to Salem and it seems that she's ready to do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of the mystery surrounding her son's death.

Will he be brainwashed by Dr. Rolf?

New "Days Of Our Lives" spoilers and theories reveal that Will Horton's brain will likely have been reprogrammed by Dr. Rolf, most likely at the orders of Stefano DiMera, and that Will could be a totally different person when fans next see him.

Of course, "DOOL" fans know a similar storyline has been done in the past when John was brainwashed to believe he was Stefano's pawn, and Hope believed that she was Princess Gina. It's unclear at this point who or what Will Horton will be when his family members finally find him, but it seems that his recovery and trying to get him back to the old Will could be a long storyline that viewers may be in store for in the near future.

Will EJ DiMera return as well?

Meanwhile, "Days of our Lives" fans are hoping that if Will Horton has been brought back to life by Dr. Rolf, then there may be a possibility that Stefano's son, and Sami's former husband, EJ DiMera, could be found alive as well. "DOOL" fans last saw EJ when he was killed by one of Clyde Weston's thugs.

Later, Stefano had Kristen DiMera sneak into the morgue and inject EJ's body with a mysterious green substance. Stefano was later heard telling someone that he had EJ's body moved, but nothing has ever transpired from those events. Perhaps that will all change once Dr. Rolf is found.

Although nothing has been confirmed, "Days of our Lives" fans can't wait to find out how it all plays out by watching the soap opera weekday afternoons on NBC.
