Corey Bohan, Audrina Patridge's estranged husband, reportedly filed his divorce response on Tuesday, October 24, where he requested for legal custody and Spousal Support to their 16-month old daughter, Kirra. In an exclusive report obtained by US Weekly, Bohan was also asking the court to terminate the ability to award the "Hills" alum some support.

Meanwhile, he wants her to give him the attorney fees in return. As Patridge filed her divorce from Bohan, it was further reported that the reality star obtained a temporary restraining order against her former partner.

The court granted her request following her claims that her estranged husband was violent against her. Following their ten months of marriage, the reality star finally decided to call their relationship quits.

Number one priority

In the midst of their court battle, US Weekly has learned that Patridge's number one priority is her daughter, Kirra. Meanwhile, during her claims over domestic violence, her estranged husband will not be charged by the court over her allegations due to a lack of evidence.

It was early this month when the former couple reached an agreement that she'll have the full and legal custody of their daughter. Meanwhile, Bohan was reportedly been granted visitation rights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays.

Bohan, on the other hand, was also ordered by the Los Angeles Police Department to move out from their home.

Spousal support

Two weeks after the former couple met for a custody agreement, Bohan reportedly seeks for spousal support from his estranged wife. In a report obtained by E! News, court documents revealed that he was granted a personal order to stay away from Bohan.

The court ordered him to stay about 100-yards away from his former partner, her home, her job, and their daughter's school and childcare. In the midst of their court battle, a source told E! News that the couple still needs to come together for further agreement. However, full and legal custody of their daughter has already been addressed during their previous meeting.

Previous reports confirmed that Patridge also agreed to pay Bohan $35,000 in order to help him as he moved out of her house. It simply showed that the former "Hills" star is willing to grant Bohan his request as long as he'll stay away from her life and from their only daughter, Kirra. Patridge hasn't given her comments about the recent news yet.
