As she points out, she hadn't been sick when they got married and she had now become a totally different person. While Yolanda has spoken about their marriage and Divorce before, David hasn't said much about it.

According to a new report, Yolanda Hadid's ex-husband is now speaking out about their divorce and it sounds like he has some interesting things to say. As it turns out, he agreed with Yolanda. They had done their best to fight the illness together, but they were essentially living different lives. While she was fighting the illness from her bed, Foster was traveling the world and performing. The two had simply grown apart.

Issues could be her illness

During a recent interview, David reveals that he and Yolanda did have their issues. But he points out that everyone has issues and sometimes people can work through them. He doesn't blame her illness, but he hints that they worked on these issues together, the best they could.

"We just always did our best,” David has revealed about his divorce from Yolanda, adding, “We had some other issues as well, but everybody’s in a good place now. The main thing is that she’s healthy and in remission. She worked really hard at it and now she’s reaping the rewards of that.”

He seems happy that Yolanda Hadid is now in remission and doing a lot better with her Lyme disease.

They remain friends to this day.

Maybe she wanted something else

While Yolanda Hadid kept gushing about David Foster being her everything while she was filming "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," it is possible that she wanted something else. She was living a glamorous life in Beverly Hills, where she was a stay-at-home wife for David.

However, it sounds like she may have wanted something else. After they divorced, she did live in an apartment in Los Angeles for a bit before moving out east. As David explains, she has gone to the east coast to start over. On social media, Hadid revealed that she's living on a farm and it sounds like she loves being back among animals and nature.
