Locken shared how she answered yes to her boyfriend's proposal and she added that it was a surprise engagement. The actress revealed that her boyfriend did very well to his surprise. Locken shared, "He nailed it. He knocked it out of the park. It was beyond my wildest dreams."

A report from E! News revealed that their engagement was filmed sometime in September. It was surprising how the couple has managed to keep their engagement a secret to millions of their fans. Most of the time, Locken would opt not to wear her engagement ring in public to make sure that their fans would only find out when the episode airs on TV.
It was further revealed that the couple plans to have their wedding by summer. While they are now able to celebrate their engagement in public, Locken and Emberlin are starting to talk about their wedding plans.
In fact, the reality star added that she doesn't really want to have a big wedding but something that is intimate and solemn.

As the "Real Housewives of Dallas" star gush about their engagement, she revealed that she wanted to have a group honeymoon with her closest friends.
She wanted a fun celebration like going to Ibiza for a weekend where a bunch of couples will be joining them together.
Locken shared that her friends had stuck with her on her different life struggles. Perhaps, she feels that her wedding celebration is also a celebration that her friends deserve. According to a report from People, the couple has been dating for eight years.

The couple reportedly played a carnival game during the surprise proposal. According to Locken, her glittering ring was one of the best carnival prizes that she got her entire life. She added that her boyfriend has surprised her a lot of times. However, his proposal just blew her totally away. The actress feels very lucky and loved by her boyfriend.
Meanwhile, Emberlin reportedly chose the carnival circuit for his proposal location since it is where the reality star had lived and worked since she was 16 years old.
