"This is Us" actress Mandy Moore celebrated her engagement to Taylor Goldsmith on Saturday along with her best friends. The 33-year old actress took to Instagram to document one of the most memorable celebrations of her life. A report from Entertainment Tonight confirmed that her pals joined Moore and it was Raina Penchansky who threw the surprise party for her.

Moore shared one of the videos of the celebration, and she wrote a caption that says, "rp1313 is the best friend ever." Apart from Penchansky, Sarah Gibson Tuttle, Ashley Streicher, Minka Kelly, and Susan Kelechi Watson were also in attendance during the party.

Stunning engagement ring

While the celebration was thrown for Moore and Goldsmith, the entire afternoon party was all about the Hollywood actress. During her short interview with Entertainment Tonight, the "This is Us" star added that she hadn't had time yet for their wedding preparations.

However, despite her busy schedule, the actress couldn't help but gush about her perfectly stunning engagement ring. It was learned that its sparkling stone was way bigger than she expected. Moore said that her fiancé did an excellent job with his proposal. With the many surprises that her boyfriend did for her, it was her engagement which totally blown her away.

Group celebration

The E! News reported that Moore celebrated her engagement through a late lunch together with her friends.

The party was filled with sumptuous foods like fruits, vegetables, mini sandwiches, tea, and a lot of decorations which featured signs like "Mandy and Taylor."

Colorful crowns were also worn by the actress and her guests. Perhaps, Moore has chosen to celebrate her engagement most memorable. While her group of friends enjoyed the foods a lot, her best friends also prepared more fun and exciting games during the party.

One of the photos which captured her followers a lot was a photo of Moore together with her mother, Stacy Moore, sharing an intimate moment together. As her mother spoke to her daughter, Moore got teary-eyed. Undoubtedly, the actress feels loved not only by her mother but as well as with her closest friends who threw her the party.

While Moore thanked her friends for the celebration, all the girls in attendance couldn't help but shout the big "awww" in unison to the actress. It was a fun-filled afternoon that she's got to share with her family and closest friends.
