"Girls" star lena dunham is fully supportive of reality TV star Kylie Jenner following the latter's reported pregnancy at just 20 years old. Dunham took to Twitter to share that Jenner's pregnancy sparked discussion between Dunham and her friends. She tweeted that about 10 of her friends were "triggered" by Jenner's pregnancy because they struggled to conceive themselves. The actress was quick to defend Jenner, however, as she explained that at just 20 years old, Jenner would be "[very] fertile" and given her reality TV dynasty, would afford any type of fertility treatment, in any case, she could not conceive.

Dunham tweeted that in comparison, she and her friends were "just broke" at 20 years of age. Dunham is now 31, and her TV series "Girls" catapulted her to stardom back in 2012, back when she was 27.

Actress throws in a comment about the fertility industry

According to PEOPLE, Lena Dunham also commented about the lucrative fertility industry on her Twitter. She wrote, "You know the fertility industrial complex has pushed us too far when we're trying to stay neck-in-neck [with] reality stars who can't drink yet." Meanwhile, those close to Kylie Jenner refuse to talk about her rumored pregnancy.

For starters, ex-boyfriend Tyga was hounded down by TMZ to ask about his thoughts on the reports, but he kept mum on the issue. According to Hollywood Reporter, Kris Kardashian did admit that she was "surprised" by the news, but did not confirm nor deny the reports. Instead, she remained coy, saying, "It wouldn’t be the family if something didn’t happen every single day."

'Life of Kylie' remains on the bubble

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" has spawned multiple spin-offs throughout its 10 years on air, including "Life of Kylie," which premiered on August 6.

It followed Kylie Jenner as she runs her makeup business and co-starred her best friend, Jordyn Woods. The show wasn't received warmly by TV viewers and to this day hasn't been renewed by E!. Instead, it looks like the network is focusing its efforts on the 10th anniversary of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

However, if Jenner is indeed pregnant with Travis Scott, or Tyga (who shared on social media that the baby is his), it would make for some interesting reality TV.

It would be unsurprising if E! would renew the show following the news of Jenner's pregnancy, as it would add a storyline to the series, which eight-episode run seemed to lack some meaty plots. For now, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" returns with its 10th anniversary special tonight on E!.
