Kailyn Lowry's third son finally has a name. Over one month after the "Teen Mom 2" star and mother of three welcomed the baby boy with her former boyfriend, Chris Lopez. Lowry took to Snapchat to confirm that the child's name is Murphy Nixon.

On September 13, the Inquisitr confirmed the news, revealing that Lowry shared a new photo of her son with the announcement. In the photo, the baby was seen sleeping as he laid on his back bundled up in a tight blanket.

Kailyn Lowry and Chris Lopez weren't romantically linked at the time their son arrived in early August but when it comes to their current relationship, they appear to be civil enough to co-parent.

In fact, the former couple was recently caught flirting with one another on Twitter.

Lowry is also mom to two older boys, seven-year-old Isaac from her past romance with Jo Rivera and three-year-old Lincoln from her relationship with ex-husband Javi Marroquin. Lowry began dating Lopez shortly after her marriage came to an end last May but suffered a messy breakup months later after learning she was expecting his child.

During "Teen Mom 2" season seven, Lowry was seen telling Marroquin that she no longer wanted to expand her family and claimed she wanted to instead focus on her two boys and her career. However, just months after their split, she and Lopez conceived a child.

Why isn't Chris Lopez on 'Teen Mom 2'?

Lowry has been known to share her tough moments with her former partners on the show but when it comes to her relationship with Lopez, he has not yet been seen on the series. While many fans have suspected that Lopez was featured on the show during the second half of season seven, Lowry's mystery man's face was blurred out.

So, there's no way to know for sure whether or not he has filmed.

During "Teen Mom 2" season eight, Lopez was a hot topic for Lowry. However, as she explained to a friend on the show, Lopez did not want cameras around, likely because he was involved with other women and didn't want them to know about her. As for the future, it is hard to say whether or not Lopez will ever be willing to film.

That said, he may have a change of heart if he and Lowry choose to get romantic once again.
