Dance Moms” star Abby Lee Miller started serving her one-year jail sentence two months ago at the Federal Correctional Complex in Victorville, California. Fans can recall that the reality star was indicted on 20 counts of fraud after she failed to claim over $750,000 of income earned from the Lifetime reality series.

Abby was also accused of violating a law that requires people to file a currency transaction report if transferring more than $10,000 from a foreign country. Now, new reports claim that the 50-year-old star is totally struggling behind bars.

Abby’s life in jail is a nightmare

A source told Life & Style that Abby Lee Miller already made enemies in jail. The tipster also claimed that the “Dance Moms” star is feeling depressed about her situation.

"She has these fits of hysterical crying. A very good friend of mine described it as 'bats--t crazy crying,'" Holli Coulman told Life & Style. "She’s been cleaning the bathrooms, toilets, and showers. The staff shine flashlights in her face and make comments, and the inmates want to see her taken down a peg,” the ex-Victorville inmate went on.

While she is prepared to take the punishments, Abby Lee Miller previously confessed that she is afraid of the possibility of being raped or physically abused behind bars.

The TV personality even admitted that she made a lot of mistakes, so she has to face the music.

The “Dance Moms” star announced in March that she will no longer be a part of the Lifetime show after accusing the officials of treating her like a dirt after Season 7B concluded. Abby added that she felt “ manipulated, disrespected, and used.”

While these reports could possibly be true, it should be noted that neither Abby Lee Miller nor the Lifetime Channel has confirmed anything as of yet.

Therefore, fans should take these speculations lightly until everything is proven true and correct.

The volatile dance instructor returns

Meanwhile, Abby Lee Miller unexpectedly showed up to the Abby Lee Dance Company after weeks of dealing with the bankruptcy fraud case. In the sneak peek at Tuesday’s “Dance Mom” episode, the controversial reality star surprise visit turned into a tense fight.

"Under duress, I'm back," Abby told the group of mothers as she enters the dance studio. "What do you mean you're under duress?" Jill Vertes asked. "If you don't want to be here, we don't want you to be here!"
