Anna Faris made her first Red Carpet appearance on Sunday, according to Hollywood Life. It was during the 2017 Emmy Awards, following her split from Chris Pratt. To recall, the former couple made headlines last month when they officially announced their breakup to the public. Since then, Faris has been out of the spotlight for a little while. Everyone at the red carpet event was stunned when she arrived wearing her Marc Jacobs halter gown.
The 40-year old actress looked gorgeous with her blonde hair; however, it was noticed that she didn't pause for any interviews.
Nevertheless, the actress didn't disappoint her fans when she arrived looking stunning - more than she ever did before.
Separation announcement
Back on August 6, Ann and Chris formally announced their split through a joint statement. According to Entertainment Tonight, the former couple shares one child, Jack, their 4-year old son. Following their breakup, Faris has constantly shared relationship advice through her podcast, "Unqualified." She also shared that life is too short to be in a relationship that she doesn't feel right.
Perhaps this could have been one of the reasons why the long-time pair decided to call it quits. In one of her calls last month, the actress also shared that anyone shouldn't feel afraid of being independent whenever it is necessary.
ET recently interviewed one of her co-stars, Allison Janney, where she called her friend, "courageous." She felt proud that Faris remained strong after she split from Chris.

Podcast to be released
While Faris chose to move forward from her ill-fated relationship, Hollywood Life reported that the actress is now busy working on her upcoming podcast.
It was revealed that her latest podcast, "Unqualified," is slated for release on October 24. Apart from her local red carpet appearance, some eyewitnesses revealed that she was seen out in public many times, together with her son Jack.
She was once spotted grabbing lunch for herself. There was also a certain time when she was seen taking her son out to a street festival.
While the split from Chris announcement brought disappointment to their fans, everyone wished them nothing but the best. As they decided to live the next stage of their lives separately, most of their fans only hoped for them to find their own happiness.
In line with her podcast, Faris is apparently hitting the road soon as she's about to promote her upcoming memoir to all her fans. Hollywood Life reported that the actress will be doing question and answer sessions and signings all over the country.
