Sonja Morgan has been on "The Real Housewives of New York" for years, but she has always been very secretive about her only daughter. Despite filming the show for so many years, Sonja has always protected her daughter from the public. When Sonja joined the show, Quincy was living at home with her mother and she was going to school. These days, she's preparing to go to college and she has grown up to be a beautiful 16-year-old girl. While Quincy isn't on "The Real Housewives of New York," it sounds like Morgan is very proud of her daughter and she wants to gush about her to the world.

Of course, Quincy may not be on the show out of her own free will, as she wants nothing to do with the fame and the attention.

According to a new Instagram report, Sonja Morgan is now sharing a very rare photo of her daughter Quincy Adams Morgan. She is clearly proud of the woman her daughter has become, so Sonja decided to share a photo of her daughter with her back facing the camera. Perhaps Sonja is respecting her daughter's wishes about hiding her face, as she may not want to share her mother's spotlight with her. However, one can imagine Morgan is happy that her daughter isn't exposed to the public light.

Growing up fast

It has been seven years since Sonja Morgan joined "The Real Housewives of New York." Back then, her daughter was just nine years old.

At the time, Sonja was still dealing with the fallout of her divorce and she wanted the best for her daughter. But it has been seven years since the cameras joined the Morgans in their Upper East Side townhouse and Sonja explains that her baby went from a toddler to a teenager very fast.

"My baby went from the toddler on the chair in the painting wearing a dress from her Godmother to wearing my dear friend Marc Bouwer.

Where does time fly???" Sonja Morgan explains in the Instagram caption, sharing the photo of her daughter who has clearly grown up.

These days, Morgan is excited to support her daughter as she picks out the colleges she wants to go to. This is an exciting time for the both of them.

Ivy league colleges

Sonja Morgan has revealed that she has no doubt that her daughter will get accepted to a great school.

As she has previously revealed, her daughter has some great grades and she may be able to pick which college she wants to go to. One has to wonder if she will stay in New York to be close to her mother or go somewhere else to get away from the "Real Housewives of New York" spotlight.
