Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have flown off to Africa to celebrate her thirty-sixth birthday and it is said that the younger royal could end up proposing to his lady love on their trip as he wants to settle down with her. Reportedly, the couple would not take more than a few months to make their engagement official.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle landed in South Africa yesterday to celebrate her thirty-sixth birthday and the duo would be vacationing here for some days. The younger royal and his lady love looked very much in love as they walked down the tarmac with the former draping his arms around her and the latter kissing him on landing.
She was also seen carrying a photo frame, most probably a present from her boyfriend.
However, the real present that Harry is going to give her is said to be an engagement ring. Sources claim that he has been planning this trip for a long time and has made elaborate arrangements to make it a romantic getaway. Both are expected to spend quality time in each other’s company and the trip includes long walks in the woods, boat rides in lake and camps under starlit skies. It is very likely that he will go down on his knees and pop the question before her during one such romantic outing.
Africa holds special significance for Harry
The reason Prince Harry is being said to propose to Meghan during the trip is that Africa is very dear to him.
He considers it to be his second home, a place that gave him a new lease of life. He has admitted to overcoming the trauma of his mother’s loss at this very place. Also, he has done extensive humanitarian work over here and it was here only that elder brother Prince William proposed to his wife Kate Middleton. So, this time it could be the younger brother’s turn.

What else has sparked the engagement stories of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is the effort the “Suits” actress has taken to get acceptance into the royal family. She recently closed down her lifestyle blog and also put an end to her association with Reitmans, the Canadian clothing chain.
She is also said to be wrapping up her acting assignments fast with insiders saying that she might say goodbye to her acting career after getting engaged to Harry.
It is worth mentioning here that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been dating for over a year and have been spotted together on numerous occasions in public but their engagement rumors gained even more steam after the duo attended the reception of Kate Middleton’s sister Pippa Middleton together in May.
