Mohamed Jbali has been MIA for months on social media. The TLC star went totally AWOL sometime in January, locking down all of his social media, and then selling his Facebook page to someone who was a really big fan of Troll Dolls. After doing so, fans of "90 Day Fiance" speculated that perhaps Jbali had been deported back to his native Tunisia, which is what his ex-wife, Danielle, was definitely gunning for. Some also think that he may have violated a contract with TLC by live-streaming some of his divorce proceedings and perhaps giving way too much away about his life via his social media platforms.

Mohamed is quitting "90 Day Fiance"

It shouldn't come as a surprise to most people, but the reality TV star has decided that he's quitting "90 Day Fiance." Before he went, he took the opportunity to slam some of the other couples, saying, "I have no respect for some fake couples in it plus it's not the best place to tell a real story. That's why I'm out!" It is difficult to say if Mohamed means that he will not appear on the show because of his ex-wife, or that he feels his own narrative has been portrayed in an inauthentic manner. It is also unclear what he means about "fake couples" and whether or not he is trying to insinuate that the other couples on the show are only together for the TLC cameras or that they are faking parts of their relationship in order to get a pay check from the production company.

Mohamed also thanked his followers for "being so nice to him," saying that there has been a shift from him being treated as a villain to being told he's a genuinely good person.

He disappears from social media again

Mohamed returned but disappeared long before his audience could really see much of him. The "90 Day Fiance" star may still be making appearances on his private accounts, but it is clear he doesn't want the world's prying eyes to be on him in a normal atmosphere.

The star has locked down his accounts, which may partially be because his ex-wife, Danielle Mullins, has been keeping tabs on everything he's been doing since their split. It may also be because although he claimed he had left the United States for Tunisia out of his own volition, the "90 Day Fiance" star still seems to be hanging out in Florida, thanks to the geo-mapping device Instagram uses to keep track of where photos were taken. If this is the case, it may be possible that his ex will come sniffing around again looking for even more closure.
