Miley Cyrus, the "Malibu" singer, was happy to officially announce on Tuesday that she's kicking her newest single this fall. The "Younger Now," her newest album, will be officially made available this September 29. The 24-year old singer has revealed the good news to all her fans and followers on the social media. She has posted a video of her in a leather jacket and in which she has also tagged her designer friend, Jeremy Scott.

Apparently, this year has turned out to be the best year for Cyrus. As per Entertainment Tonight, the famous singer has just celebrated the success of her recently released single, "Malibu." It was also just this week when the news was confirmed that the "Hannah Montana" actress would also be performing live at the 2017 MTV Video Awards on August 27.

Miley's new music

Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley's father, has spilled off some details about the singer's upcoming hit single. Her father has been proud to share that his daughter has apparently learned her love for music from their roots. Most of the time, he has thought of the fact that his daughter has been largely influenced by other singers like Beach Boys, Johnny Cash, and Dolly Parton on most of her tracks. However, he still believed that most of the sounds she has created were all influenced by their roots.

In line with the release of Cyrus' newest album, his father has also believed that the young singer might have absorbed all those inspirations from the conversations they had with Waylon.

In addition, he also revealed that everyone who has come out from their house was definitely good songwriters in the world of music.

Music awards performance

Apart from being busy with her music, Cyrus has also made headlines when the news about her MTV video music awards performance has surfaced online.

The young singer was reported to be performing with other top personalities like Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, The Weekend, and Fifth Harmony.

It was also reported that the music award is slated to feature a newer version of Cyrus. Just recently, the singer had opened up about her past liberation issues. Nevertheless, Cyrus has shared that she is already too far from returning to her previous image.

Hence, it is safe to say that the upcoming MTV video music award is set to feature a sweeter and soft-looking Cyrus on stage. As of now, her fans must have to wait a little more time before her newest album to be released. Further, it is also expected that "Younger Now" will be another hit on the top chart.
