It was a good weekend for Katy Perry and “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson, as the two were spotted together having dinner in a romantic restaurant in West Hollywood, Hollywood Life reported.
There were photos published online by entertainment gossip website TMZ showing the two seated closely together, with the “Unconditional” singer wearing a lace outfit and Pattinson dressed in a simple black short sleeve shirt. Because of these, rumors sparked that the two are officially a couple.
But are they?
According to Hollywood Life, the 32-year-old international pop singer and the “Twilight” actor were seen dining together at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood last Saturday.
The report also mentioned how “super cozy” the two were at the location, which people called as “very romantic.”
The New York Daily News also published a report that said other people were dining with them, adding that this might just be a simple, friendly date.
Post break-up
Perry just broke up with “Pirates of the Caribbean” star Orlando Bloom last March, the New York Daily News said. However, it has also been reported that the rumors about her and Pattinson being together as a couple have been present since 2013.
The article also pointed out how Perry even reached out to Kristen Stewart, one of the ex-girlfriends of Pattinson to falsify the rumors.
The “Unconditional” singer reportedly has been with other men recently.
Hollywood Life added that she and Coldplay front man Chris Martin were seen allegedly holding hands during an event last June. Moreover, she is also rumored to be with One Direction member Niall Horan, the article stated.
Meanwhile, the New York Daily News added that Pattinson has been “on and off” with singer FKA Twigs since 2014.
But the actor said he is still “engaged” with FKA Twigs.

The international pop singer is officially part of the upcoming new season of “American Idol” as one of the judges. The reality singing competition is once again coming back on television.
FremantleMedia, the company behind the show, told Fox News that Katy Perry is an essential part of the upcoming season of “American Idol.” The report stated that the singer is going to be paid $25 million for this new project.
