Dillard couple allegedly soliciting money from people

The Hollywood Gossip reported that an unnamed source came forward to divulge the real intentions of Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard. According to the insider, the couple’s mission in El Salvador is not financially supported by the church, so they just tap donors to continue their work.

Rumors have it that TLC is the one paying Duggar and Dillard’s expenses on their mission trips since they are also a part of the “Counting On” show.

The source even labeled Dillard as an opportunist as some followers cannot see that he is interested in having a normal job to sustain their needs.

“I just wonder what the reasoning for it is. Are they doing it for capital gain,” the insider told The Hollywood Gossip. “Ever since I’ve learned so much about Jim Bob and how he truly is, I second guess everything,” he went on.

For starters, Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard have been traveling to and fro El Salvador since 2015, The Stir reported. While they are working as missionaries for several years already, the couple did not escape the public backlash after missionary organization rejected them for lack of skills and proper training.

It can be recalled that thousands of followers are worried when Duggar and Dillard decided to take their son with them in Central America.

The couple was in hot water again after fans learned that 26-year-old reality star got pregnant there.
