The seventh season of "Game of Thrones" premiered on HBO last July 16, 2017. It is scheduled to end six weeks later on August 27, 2017. Here's a recap of its latest episode, which is the most-watched broadcast episode ever, before we watch the upcoming one.

'The Spoils of War'

"Game of Thrones" season 7 episode 4 was aired in the United States on August 6, 2017. The title of the latest episode is "The Spoils Of War" mainly because of the large damage and loss happened during the war. And because of this war, it is considered as the best episode so far for this season.

Arya Stark finally returns to Winterfell and reunited with Sansa after six long years. Bran, on the other hand, unemotionally bids farewell to Meera, admitting that he is no longer the boy she accompanied before.

According to a critic, "The Spoils of War" was one of the GoT's most significant episodes ever, rewarded with a heart-pounding climax featuring Jaime Lannister trying to have a one-man Charge of the Light Brigade versus a supremely ticked off Drogon, Daenery's dragon.

Daenerys Targaryen, the Princess of House Targaryen, only half listens to the advice of Tyrion and Jon. The two gentlemen told her not to become just another conqueror, which burns the world down in her quest for power and domination.

Princess Targaryen learns that the Casterly Rock attack was just a Lannister decoy that is why she decides to take action to win the war. She rides Drogon together with the Dothraki troops to ambush Jaime and his cavalry as they transport the spoils of Highgarden to King's Landing.

Drogon the Dragon is wounded by a long pipe from Bronn's attack while Jaime tries to attack Daenerys.

Because of its annoyance and displeasure, Drogon launches his fire breath directed to Jaime, but Bronn throws him into a river, where both are weighted down by their target.

Episode 5: Eastwatch

The American fantasy drama TV series "Game of Thrones" is created and produced by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. It overall story is mainly an adaptation of the novel written by George R.

R. Martin entitled "A Song of Ice and Fire."

Even though HBO has not released any pictures of Jaime and the other important characters, critics claimed that the upcoming episode will be calmer and more relaxed compared to episode 4. In fact, Daenerys appears to be preparing for something such as a power trip, giving former Cersei's disciple the option of joining her crowd or dying in a bloody burning manner.

Episode 5 will be aired on August 13 in the US at 9 pm and simultaneously in the UK at 2 am. However, Sky Atlantic and Now TV will repeat the latest episode at a more friendly time, which is Monday at 9 pm.
