"The Real Housewives of Dallas" is back for another season and it sounds like the first episode was indeed very interesting. Apparently, plenty of things have been happening behind closed doors when the Bravo producers were nowhere in sight and it sounds like the drama from the first season still continued in Dallas well after the camera crew had left.

It sounds like the drama between Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman drove the entire feud between the cast members, as the stars of the show were split down the middle. While LeeAnne Locken decided to support Brandi, Cary Deuber found herself listening to Stephanie's pains and regrets in regards to the friendship.

Cary revealed that she wanted to be there for her friend and she decided to be a shoulder for Stephanie to cry on. When Cay had to sit down with LeeAnne, she had a feeling that locking was just trying to insert herself into the drama that was brewing between Brandi and Stephanie and she had a bad feeling about what was said.

She expressed her concern to Stephanie who then interpreted the conversation as being that LeeAnne was up to her old tricks. This caused Locken to completely freak out during the first episode, revealing her anger management skills would need to be tested. While she claims she has changed, fans might argue that this is not the case as she can't control her anger in relation to these women.

Old tricks

According to a new Bravo report, Cary Deuber explains that she did not tell Stephanie that LeeAnne was up to her old tricks. As it turns out, Deuber hadn't really talked to Locken since the show wrapped and she had no idea that Locken and Brandi had become good friends.

"I called Stephanie after my talk with LeeAnne.

It was a long conversation. We talked about how she was trying to involve herself in Stephanie’s business and I didn’t think that was a good idea. I did not say the words: “LeeAnne was up to her old tricks.” Apparently, that was Steph’s takeaway. Honestly, the behavior fits a pattern, so I don’t blame her for deducing that…" Cary reveals in her Bravo blog.

However, Cary does explain that she understands why Stephanie would jump to such a conclusion, revealing that based on LeeAnne's previous behavior it makes sense as to why she would want to be cautious. Now the ladies couldn't really talk to Brandi about it, as LeeAnne was acting as a guard dog. It was as if LeeAnne was saying all of these things about the feud, and not letting Brandi speak her mind. In other words, she was making Brandi look like she wanted nothing to do with the ladies when in fact she had an interest in speaking to Stephanie when they could have a simple heart-to-heart discussion.

Excited for the season

"The Real Housewives of Dallas" promises to be an exciting season if the first episode has already covered so much.

Based on the previews, it sounds like Brandi and Stephanie will make up, and based on recent Twitter activity, it sounds like Brandi and LeeAnne are no longer as close as they appeared on Monday's episode of the show. It is interesting that Cary is denying the things she said to Stephanie, but it sounds like she is still very skeptical of LeeAnne Locken.

What do you think about Cary Deuber's comments about her co-star? Are you surprised that she is inserting herself into the drama between two close friends?
