U.S. Postal Services releases special stamps that give tribute to Disney’s iconic Villains. The stamps have been created to honor the pioneers behind Walt Disney Studio’s Ink & Paint Department. The department has been working with Disney Animation Studios to create classic animated films from 1932 to present. Renowned stamp art director, Derry Noyes has worked closely with one of Disney’s top creative directors, David Pacheco to come up with the design of the specialized stamps.
