According to Radar Online, a diary entry dated August 20, 2005 reveals that Jenelle Evans was grounded for hanging out with an 18-year-old when she was only 13.

The "Teen Mom 2" star wrote that she believed her mother Barbara didn't love her anymore and that she wished Jenelle would "drop dead." Evans writes that she had no one that loved her and that she wanted to tell her mother that she was "sorry for being born" and called herself an accident. Later, in her diary she stated she was dating a boy named William, and that she had planned to kill herself and film it.

The "Teen Mom 2" star also wrote about cutting herself, revealing that it "wasn't anything serious" and was only a few scratches. However, Jenelle Evans claimed that it was the first and last time she would ever do that. Jenelle says she heard other kids at school talk about cutting, and how it helped relieve stress, so she decided to try it herself in hopes of getting over the bad stuff that was happening in her life.
