Fans have long been waiting for "Outlander" season 3. The series finally returns on Sept 10. It is hinted that Jamie and Clare are to reunite in the upcoming season. This is after they have been separated in the final episode of the previous season.
Jamie and Claire separate
"Outlander" has been adapted from Diana Gabaldon's novels. The upcoming season is based on Gabaldon's third book titled Voyager. It can be recalled that the previous season has been the turning point of Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan) to be separated. Jamie had to stay in the past to fight for the Battle of Culloden.
Claire, on the other hand, had to return to her present life with her husband, Frank. It is reported that the third season will focus on Claire giving birth to her child. She will be in Boston with her husband, and they start a new life as a family.
Jamie is left in the past trying to heal the wounds from the battle in "Outlander" Season 3. The two are expected to find each other in the upcoming season. They both have been wounded by their separation. It is hinted that Jamie will meet new characters along the way as he moves on with his journey of healing. In the present times, Claire seems to be happy giving birth to a beautiful daughter. She is content with her life as a wife to Frank and a mother to her baby.
True love finds a way
Meanwhile, there are hints that Claire and Jamie will meet each other again in "Outlander" Season 3. they are reported to meet at a print shop accidentally. Claire by this time already has Brianna. The previous seasons of the series indicated how the couple fell in love with each other. They faced challenges with their love as they both live their lives.
When thy meet again in Voyager, they are to make time for each other and fans can expect love regained after the two once separated. They both will find a way to be with each other again. This time, they need to mend the pieces that have taken place with the time separation. It may be crucial for Claire to find Jamie and time-travel to his era.
However, it also is a challenge for Claire since Brianna is already a grown woman by then.

Meanwhile, a new poster for "Outlander" Season 3 has been released. It shows the characters separated by a stone with the years on it. The couple is pictured opposite each other. Claire is in the 1960's while Jamie is on the 1700's side. It has been the first official poster for the series. Fans are assured that the third season is almost here and that the story of Claire and Jamie will soon continue.
