"Days Of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that new writer Ron Carlivati is teasing some big storylines ahead for fan favorite characters Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Things have been rocky for the formerly engaged couple after they split and Eric became an alcoholic. Eventually, Nicole fell in love again and was busy planning a wedding to Dr. Daniel Jonas when Eric had too much to drink on New Year's Eve and got behind the wheel of his car. Eric lost control and caused a car accident that killed Daniel, injured Jennifer Horton, and caused Brady Black to need a heart transplant.
Will Eric and Nicole get back together?
Now, over a year later, Nicole has found out that she has a daughter, Holly, and when she tried to kidnap her from her custodial mother, Chloe Lane, she was arrested. Eventually, "Days of our Lives" fans watched as Nicole fell in love with Brady Black (again) and was given community service as the first step to getting her daughter back. Of course, Nicole's community service just happened to be at the Horton Center, where Eric works. Now the two are spending a lot of time together, and old feelings just may be creeping up again.
What about Brady Black?
Recently, Ron Carlivati tweeted a photograph of Eric Brady and Nicole Walker during a close moment and asked "Days of our Lives" fans if Eric and Nicole will come together.
Fans of the couple, whom they lovingly nicknamed "Ericole" love the idea of the couple getting back together, but others think it's unfair to Nicole's current boyfriend, Brady Black. In addition to the love triangle, actress Arianne Zucker has already filmed her last scenes on "DOOL," and fans know that Nicole will soon be gone from Salem.
So, where is this all going? Will Eric and Jennifer get back together? Will Theresa Donovan return to Salem and rekindle her romance with Brady, whom she shares her son Tate with? Things are very much up in the air for Nicole, Brady, and Eric and fans are looking forward to seeing how Carlivati will handle the situation.
