When it comes to "The Bachelor," they have had a few celebrities in the past on the show. Now, it turns out that Tarek El Moussa of "Flip or Flop" would love the job. This season Rachel Lindsay is the star of the show, but when her season is over it will be time to pick a guy to take the lead. They normally end up picking someone who was on the show the season before, but now Tarek is speaking out and saying he would love to get the job. That could be a very interesting season.

What did Tarek have to say about wanting to be on the show?

While talking to E!

News, Tarek El Moussa wasn't shy about the fact that he would like to do the show someday. He is now single and looking for love. He split from Cristina in December after seven years of marriage. The fans were actually shocked when their marriage fell apart. She has dated someone since the split but is already single again. When talking about the show and asked if he would want to do it said he would be "absolutely be open." Tarek also said he "loves going on dates and meeting new girls." This makes him a perfect guy to end up dating several girls at once on the show.

Would they ever put him as the lead?

So far, Mike Fleiss hasn't shared his thoughts on using Tarek El Moussa as the lead on "The Bachelor, " and it would be up to him.

The show is all about ratings. If they feel like Tarek would bring in the ratings, then they would cast him in the lead. More than likely they will end up making the new season be someone that was on Rachel Lindsay's season of the show. Tarek is making it known he wants the job though.

There are a lot of rumors already going around about who could be cast as "The Bachelor." It is very possible it will be one of Rachel Lindsay's final four.

Some fans have even said that they would love to see Ben Higgins get a chance at finding love again since he split from Lauren Bushnell. Brad Womack was on the show as the lead twice, so you never know what they will end up doing. There is also a chance that Ben or Lauren could end up on "Bachelor in Paradise" this summer. That will start airing right after "The Bachelorette" and they will be filming really soon.
