Hey, "Shadowhunters" fans. Welcome back to the continuation of season 2. It was a pretty long break. But now, it's time to get back to delivering some new spoilers. These are for episode 13. The description certainly sounds like we could see some drama take place at some point. The Institute is going to be scrambling to make sure a major Downworlder attack doesn't happen, and more. These spoilers come from the official Freeform press release by way of Spoiler TV and TV Guide.
'Those of Demon Blood'
The title for this 13th installment is "Those of Demon Blood." Surprisingly, Freeform kept this synopsis pretty short.
They barely gave us two storylines here. They usually give us at least four or five scoops to work with. Hopefully this is just a one time thing.
Several Shadowhunters killed
They tell us that we're going to see the aftermath of several Shadowhunters being killed. It certainly sounds like it will be a time for panic for the Institute. Also, the description from TV Guide reads a little different. Their version says that Shadowhunters will start getting killed at a very rapid rate. So, if we go by TV Guide's description, we're going to actually see these poor souls get killed.
If we go by the Spoiler TV description, we'll see the aftermath of the killings. Whatever the case, we're going to see that a lot of them do get murdered and it's going to really cause things to get quite hectic for The Institute.
The big questions for this storyline is who is responsible for all the deaths? What is going to be done about it? They didn't give us the answer to the first question in this description. However, they did answer the second question.
Leaders of The Institute
It turns out that the leaders of The Institute will be filled with so much fear of an uprising from the Downworlders that they're not going to have any problems resorting to controversial methods which could possibly stop this from happening.
What will these controversial methods entail? Will they be good enough to prevent this possible attack? Those are the burning questions for this particular situation. The one thing we can be sure of is that we're going to see a lot of very dramatic and intense scenes from this plotline. There's no doubt about that.
That's all the intel that we were able to get our hands on for this episode.
However, we're quite sure that the new preview clip for episode 13 will deliver a lot of extra details. You'll certainly want to be on the lookout for it. It's due to release after episode 12 finishes up later on tonight. Also, we can confirm that episode 13 is set to air next Monday night, June 19, 2017, at 7pm central time on Freeform. Stay tuned.
