Everyone wants to know if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will ever get married. When the actress was attending a panel discussion at the ATX Television Festival in Austin, Texas over the weekend, a fan was brave enough to ask her point blank is she wanted to marry the prince. While people waited for her to answer, the "Suits" star kept them waiting because she just smiled and didn't say a word. It was wise for Meghan not to answer that question for obvious reasons.

The journey

Prince Harry, 32, and Meghan, 35, have been dating for almost a year.

During the past year, they have spent a lot of time together. Prince Harry has visited her in Toronto where she is filming "Suits." Meghan has traveled to England several times, and she spent the first two months of the year with him at Kensington Palace. They have spent almost every holiday together this year. They have taken a couple of romantic vacations. Meghan supported him at his last polo game.

It was very significant that they have attended two weddings together. Last March, Meghan met Prince Harry in Jamaica to attend the wedding of the prince's friend. In May, Meghan took a week off from work to attend Pippa Middleton's wedding reception with Prince Harry. After the wedding reception, she spent private time with Prince Harry before going back home.

Besides spending time with each other, they have met some members of each other's families. Months ago, Meghan met her boyfriend's father, Prince Charles and his brother, Prince William and his family. Prince Harry has also met Meghan's father.

Since Meghan is divorced, the couple would not be able to get married in Westminster Abbey according to a longtime ruling, but that rule was changed recently.

Therefore, she and Prince Harry would be permitted to get married there, if they choose to follow in the footsteps of Prince William and Duchess Kate.

Meghan's role on 'Suits'

If Meghan does marry Harry, she would have to give up the acting career that she loves. Over the weekend, she and the cast of "Suits" met to do a re-reading of the pilot episode of "Suits.” That's because the series is preparing for its 100th episode.

It has been reported that this might be Meghan's last year with the show.

It has been noticed that Markle has been giving up things little by little. For instance, she shut down her blog and no longer has a presence on social media. She has also slacked off of her fashion assignments. However, she has kept and has been busy with her charities. It was once reported that she and Harry would combine their charities if they did marry.
