Now that Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth are already married, the two are now looking forward to building their own family. In fact, they are now preparing to go on their honeymoon, but they didn't want to tell anything about it.
In an interview with People, the couple revealed that they are now thinking of their lives as new parents. They, too, talked about their future plans, what they want for their family, and how many kids they want to have.
The couple’s plans for building their own family
“We love kids and we’re excited to have a family,” Joy and Austin said.
In spite of the plans they have, they are just waiting for the Lord's will for their lives now that they are together. Knowing that the 19-year-old star comes from a big family, she was asked if she wanted to follow in the footsteps of her parents, Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar, to have a lot of kids. In response, she explained that they both want as many kids as possible but, the Lord will be the one to decide. “We are putting it into His hands,” she disclosed.
To recall, the two got married on May 26 to her fiancé of almost three months in front of over 1,000 people, mostly friends and family, in a church. “We feel so happy and so excited,” the couple told the publication right after their wedding.
The secret honeymoon
Moreover, after the ceremony, Joy and Austin will now go and celebrate their honeymoon. However, it seems like the new Mrs. Forsyth doesn’t want to share their celebratory plans to her family. One of her sisters, Jessa Seewald, revealed that the new couple didn’t go into details where they are going.
“I don’t even know where they’re going, honestly,” she said in a video message.
However, for her, their honeymoon is going to be very special as they can now spend their time alone together. She is even excited about the new life and the vacation they will have.
In part of her congratulatory message, she is thrilled to know that her sister will be traveling with her now-husband and make new memories together.
She even advised her to take a lot of pictures and document their travels and journeys. “This is the beginning of your life together,” she added.
Jessa has been the big supporter of Joy and Austin’s relationship from the very start. In fact, she has nothing but sweet words for her new brother-in-law. She even described him as a great guy. Hence, she is very sure that she will take very good care and treat her sister very well.
Meanwhile, it looks like it is not only to her family the newlywed keeps their honeymoon plans. In the same interview, they also haven’t disclosed any details about their getaway.
“We are going to be traveling for our honeymoon for awhile,” Joy just told People. Austin then interrupted and said, “A lifetime.”
