The cast of "Jersey Shore" may soon go back to their reality roots in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. While repeat episodes continue to air on MTV, rumors have been swirling in regards to a possible reunion between the infamous cast of the popular reality show and on June 20, an exciting new report was shared.

Although the network has remained tight-lipped in regard to a potential reunion between the cast, which includes Vinny Guadagnino, Deena Cortese, Paul "DJ Pauly D" Delvecchio, Jenni "JWOWW" Farley, Ronnie Magro, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, In Touch Weekly magazine told readers that a reunion was "pretty much happening."

As the outlet explained, fans remain invested with the lives of the cast -- even five years after the series' finale aired -- and multiple Cast Members have confirmed to the magazine that they would be on board with getting back together.

Who is ready for a 'Jersey Shore' reunion?

Sorrentino said he would "obviously" be down for a reunion with his co-stars and continues to hint that he remains on board with the idea on Twitter. As for Guadagnino, he said he was "down for a lot, as long as it’s entertaining and as long as it’s funny." Giancola also said she would love to reunite with the cast and noted that she doesn't understand why it hasn't happened yet.

"We always talk about it!" Giancola confirmed.

According to Farley, she's like to reunite as well, but she also had an idea about how the series could feature a twist. As she explained to In Touch Weekly, it would be interesting to see how the cast would interact if their partners, including their husbands, boyfriends, and girlfriends, were to join the reunion as well.

Where is the cast of 'Jersey Shore' now?

While some members of the cast remain single, including Vinny Guadagnino, Nicole Polizzi is married with two kids, and Farley has two children as well. In fact, Polizzi's daughter and Farley's daughter recently spent time together, and on Instagram, Farley labeled the adorable little girls as "BFFs."

As for Sorrentino, he's continued to star on reality shows, including "Dancing With the Stars," "Celebrity Big Brother," "The Sorrentinos," "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars," and "Worst Cooks in America: Celebrity Edition." Delvecchio has also appeared on more reality television and has been dating Aubrey O'Day since appearing on "Famously Single."
