Farrah Abraham faced pregnancy rumors at the end of last month after she was seen sporting what some claimed to be a baby bump while spending time with her on-and-off boyfriend Simon Saran in Jamaica. At the time, Abraham was enjoying a birthday trip and appeared to be drinking alcohol. However, despite her adult fun, Abraham's fans and followers on social media believed she could be hiding a baby bombshell.

While the rumors regarding the "Teen Mom OG" star's possible pregnancy died down in the weeks that followed her 26th birthday trip to Jamaica, they were rebooted a short time later as Abraham and Saran celebrated her friend Heather Marianna's birthday in Las Vegas.

During their trip, Saran posted a video of the two women on his Twitter page, and again, fans suspected that a baby bump was visible.

Will Farrah Abraham soon be a mom of two?

While Abraham has chosen to stay silent in regard to the ongoing rumors about an alleged pregnancy, her friend spoke out days ago. “[Farrah Abraham] definitely [is not] pregnant!" Marianna confirmed to Real Mr. Housewife. According to Mariana, Abraham's body should have shut down that rumor in and of itself. After all, as she explained, Abraham's frame is "ridiculous" right now. Marianna also added that Abraham is really happy with her life as it stands and continues to work on new projects as she prepares to buy a home in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles.

Is Farrah Abraham currently dating Simon Saran?

For the past few seasons of "Teen Mom OG," Abraham and Saran have been involved in an on-and-off romance with one another, and earlier this year, they were seen breaking up. However, despite the on-camera split, the on-again, off-again couple has continued to spend time together and often spark rumors of a reconciliation.

Although Abraham and Saran continue to make time for one another, they aren't currently dating, and soon, Abraham will be seen on a new dating series. Not surprisingly, Saran hasn't been thrilled with the news of his former girlfriend's upcoming project, and earlier this week, he used the series to poke fun at his co-star Matt Baier on Twitter.

In a post to his fans and followers, Saran wrote, "A dating show involved with social media stalkers? When has that ever worked in the past? Oh wait.. ['Teen Mom OG']." As fans may recall, Baier infamously tweeted to several "Teen Mom" stars before ultimately striking up a romance with Amber Portwood.
