No more hiding for Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson after making their relationship official on Instagram by updating their stories with photos of each other. But before the confirmation, the "Dancing With The Stars" pros caught the attention of their followers in the photo-sharing platform when they both uploaded a few snaps from their Roman Holiday in Italy.

Initially, it was not confirmed whether the two were together for the European getaway. But after much speculation, Chmerkovskiy and Johnson personally revealed that they are enjoying each other's company away from home.

Val and Jenna's rekindled romance

The Ukrainian professional dancer could not help but appreciate his beautiful companion as he shared a few snaps of her from their romantic vacation. On Tuesday, Chmerkovskiy shared a candid photo of Johnson and wrote, "Different day, still the best view," along with a heart eyes emoticon.

The 31-year-old "Dancing with the Stars" vet also uploaded a photo of him and his partner while walking the streets of Marseille, France. Johnson, on the other hand, updated her Instagram story with a snippet from her luxurious date with Chmerkovskiy.

Based on their social media updates, the couple visited some of the tourist spots in Antibes and Cannes, including the Marche Provencal and Musee Picasso.

A timeline of their relationship

A report from ET claimed that the Chmerkovskiy and Johnson became an item after they seen enjoying a romantic lunch date in West Hollywood last year. The two first met after the former "So You Think You Can Dance" contestant was chosen as one of the choreographers of "Dancing with the Stars" in 2014.

The 23-year-old ballroom dancer became a pro and was paired with Jake T. Austin last season. But unfortunately, the duo's exposure was brief as they were the first to be eliminated from the dance competition. Johnson was given a chance to return to the show to fill in for Sharna Burgess' two-week recovery time after suffering a knee injury.

Chmerkovskiy, on the other hand, has been on "Dancing with the Stars" since 2006. He started his journey as a student of the program before he was paired with Kelly Monaco as her professional partner. The two-time World Latin Dance champion came in third place with Fifth Harmony's Normani Kordei during the latest season of the ABC competition series.

Neither of the two "Dancing with the Stars" pros has confirmed nor denied their relationship after making it Instagram official.
