Beyonce Knowles and jay z Carter have reportedly welcomed their twin babies as her father, Mathew Knowles, took to Instagram to greet the new bundles of joy a happy birthday.

The message of Mathew simply reads "They're here!" with sorts of hashtags including Beyonce and Jay Z's names, Twins, and happy birthday. A photo showing balloons and the words “Happy Birthday to the twins!” from their grandfather was uploaded on his social media account alongside the announcement.

Beyonce, Jay Z or their representatives have not come forward yet regarding the twins.

They neither confirmed nor denied the reports about Beyonce giving birth to their two new angels. According to The Metro, the twins are under lights for jaundice treatment.

The "Halo" singer's mother, Tina Knowles, also took to Instagram earlier this week to share a video of a friend's son's wedding in New York. This further raised questions as to whether Beyonce has really given birth or not. Jay Z was, however, spotted going in and out of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles making fans think that the babies and Beyonce are doing well. It remains unknown whether Jay Z was visiting his wife and the twins or someone else.

Other fans take to Twitter to support Beyonce, Jay Z

Fans of the second-time parents also took to Twitter to congratulate the couple.

One fan said she was aware that Beyonce was still recovering from giving birth but demanded to see photos of the newborn twins. Speaking of photos, other fans have a theory that the next Instagram post of Queen Bee would be the “greatest photo of all time” as she is expected to share a snap of her twins. She has not posted any Instagram update for the past two weeks making fans speculate all the more that they were preparing for the arrival of the twins.

Details on the twins remain scarce

Details about the genders or the names of the twins remain under wraps. There are also no available details as to where Beyonce gave birth and if she and the babies are doing well.

Former President Barack Obama did say in a statement last Thursday when Jay Z was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame that he and the Carters have something in common, which is being "fools for their daughters." This made fans believe that Beyonce and Jay Z were expecting twin girls.

The former USA commander-in-chief has his two own daughters, Sasha and Malia. The president and the Carters have been friends for a long time now. It is possible that Jay Z and Beyonce told him about the gender of their babies.

Beyonce announced her pregnancy back in February, making her around five months along when they decided to share the great news. After announcing they were expecting, Beyonce also posted maternity photos, which holds the most-liked photo record on Instagram.

The singer had to cancel her Coachella Music Festival headlining act and will instead perform next year. Lady Gaga took her place this year. She also had to adjust other formerly-planned performance schedules.

Jay Z and Beyonce are also parents to now-five-year-old Blue Ivy.
