bethenny frankel has had a long, hard road with Jason Hoppy and their relationship. The "Real Housewives of New York" star married him in 2010 and by 2012 they were already headed for divorce. Hoppy and Frankel share a young daughter together which keeps them tied to one another. After a bitter divorce battle that lasted four years, the two are no longer married. Frankel depicted some of what was happening on the Bravo reality show, but no one knew how bad things really were between the two of them.
Bethenny gets OP against Jason
After an incident in January of this year, Bethenny Frankel was given an Order Of Protection against Jason Hoppy.
He reportedly had a confrontation with her in front of their young daughter's school where he threatened to "ruin" Frankel. Apparently, this was not the first time things have been tense between the two. Hoppy was arrested and charged with several things including stalking. He was arraigned back in March and Frankel's order of protection was extended.
According to Us Weekly, Jason Hoppy was arraigned in court again today and two more charges dealing with stalking were added to his growing list of issues with Bethenny Frankel. Her attorneys presented several text messages in court as evidence. Her order of protection was extended again and Hoppy's next court date is in August.

After a long and bitter divorce, Bethenny Frankel is dating again. She has been more secretive this time around but recently, she talked a little bit about her love life. For quite some time she was linked to Eric Stonestreet of "Modern Family" but the two were just friends. At this point, Frankel is happy and that is what matters most after everything she has been through.
Dennis Shields is the man she is currently linked to and she showed him to te world when he appeared on the "Real Housewives of New York." While their relationship is kind of controversial as he was married and Frankel was friends with the couple, the public opinion doesn't matter.
With all of the drama Jason Hoppy has caused Bethenny Frankel, she is happy to be moving on.
While they will be tied for at least another decade due to their young daughter, the order of protection limits what can and cannot be discussed. The two are allowed to have interaction with their child, but that s where it ends. If Hoppy texts or communicates with Frankel about anything other than their little girl, he will be in even more trouble.
