After almost five years of walking away from the public eye, Amanda Bynes sat down for the first time with Diana Madison of Hollyscoop for an Interview. The former Nickelodeon star suffered from mental health issues and drug abuse and went through a depressing breakdown in 2012. The 31-year old proudly told Madison that she is doing great for the past three years.

Who can ever forget when the "Love Wrecked" star asked Drake on Twitter to murder her vagina. The tweet surfaced online and garnered different reactions from netizens, especially from Drake himself.

Now Amanda, who seems to be sober explained what is behind that tweet. According to her, she was really high during that time. The former actress hilariously admits that she did, indeed, want to get laid with Drake. “I actually wasn’t being insincere,” Amanda said to Madison. “I was serious, but I was also on drugs.”

During the interview, Amanda was also asked about her other bizarre tweet calling former President Obama and Michelle Obama ugly. The former teen star just said that she was on the drugs and trying to be hilarious and funny. With what happened, she said she regretted what she tweeted and did not mean it.

Aside from posting disturbing tweets, Amanda was also previously faced with many controversies including two arrests for DUI, hit-and-run charges, and driver's license being suspended.

According to an interview with ABC News, in regard to her driving violations, Amanda's lawyer Tamar Arminak said that the actress has complied with all the conditions of her probation.

Amanda says she's sober and ready to return to acting

Although Amanda has displayed disturbing behavior in the past, she now proudly says that she is been sober for three years.

As part of her day-to-day life, the former actress regularly hikes and takes spinning classes. She often feeds homeless during her spare time.

In her first appearance in television after four years, the 31-year-old actress wearing a white lace top and a pair of skinny jeans said she's ready to get back to work.“I do miss acting and I actually have something surprising to tell you.

I’m going to start acting again,” Amanda said when Madison asked her if she misses acting.

The Easy A actress went on to reveal to Madison that she has another career in mind. According to her, she has been going to fashion school in FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising). She shared that during her breakdown she learned how to sew and make patterns. Amanda also revealed that she is planning to have her own clothing line in the future.
