"Alaskan Bush People" is returning on the Discovery Channel in less than two weeks. Nonetheless, there are new updates coming in regarding the Brown family members.

Noah and Rhain's engagement

A photo of Noah and Rhain is circulating on social media, which shows Rhain sporting what is assumed to be an engagement ring on her finger, per AlaskanFrauds on Facebook. This does not come as a total surprise, though. In the finale of "Alaskan Bush People" Season 6, Noah was considering the option of bringing his girlfriend to Browntown. Rhain told him she might have to go back to Oregon because it was hard for her to find a place to live or work in Hoonah, per Travelers Today.

Now, it looks like Noah and Rhain have come up with a decision. The couple is still in Alaska, according to a source on Facebook, so it is possible that they have agreed to move in together to Browntown.

Updates on Ami and Matt

Ami is still in Los Angeles, receiving treatment for her sickness. Per The Inquisitr, Ami reportedly has late-stage cancer, and chemotherapy and radiation treatment were not able to slow down her condition. However, it should be noted that there was no official confirmation as to what Ami's sickness is. Her husband, Billy, only confirmed that she is sick in the teaser clip for the upcoming season of "Alaskan Bush People." Billy and Gabe are in Los Angeles with her, according to reports.

Meanwhile, Matt is also now in Los Angeles. He had to be absent in the latter part of the filming for the new season after sustaining injuries in his head. TMZ reported that he had nine staples in his head as a result of the explosion of his fridge. He put a mason jar with gunpowder and cannon fuse inside the fridge, which later blew up.

Bear, Snowbird, and Rain are still in Alaska but they might also come to LA soon given their mother's health.

The ABP is coming back this June, which came a bit of a surprise because Season 6 finished airing only in February. It was also rumored that Season 7 would be the show's farewell season to Browntown given the turn of events.

Billy also said in the teaser clip that after three decades of living in the bush, they might have to leave Alaska now. It is unclear, however, if ABP will be canceled after this season. It can focus on some members of the Brown family staying in Browntown or how the family is adjusting to city life.

"Alaskan Bush People" Season 7 premieres on June 14 at 9 p.m. on the Discovery Channel. The show teased that the family is about to face their darkest hour this season.
