"The Blacklist" Season 4 finale is approaching which makes fans wonder if the series will still continue with season 5. The two-hour finale episode will air on May 18 but for now, let us look into the spoilers and teasers for the upcoming episode of the series. According to reports, Red (James Spader) will approach Mr. Kaplan (Susan Blommaert) but for what reason?

Episode 19 spoilers

The next episode titled "Dr. Bogdan Krilov," will feature Red and his Task Force tracking down Dr. Krilov who happens to be a Blacklister. It is said that Dr. Krilov has the ability to manipulate memories and he is working as a tinker to Liz (Megan Boone).

It can be recalled that Mr. Kaplan wants Liz to recall everything in her past so that she will realize that her mentor has been keeping secrets from her.

The promo video of episode 19 features Red pleading to Mr. Kaplan to stop her plans. But she is already determined to proceed with her schemes by using Liz's memory and the skills of Dr. Krilov. Mr. Kaplan knows that the weakness of Red is little Lizzy, hence, it would be effective to use her.

The teaser also shows Mr. Kaplan speaking with Red on the phone wherein she emphasizes that Red cannot stop everything and that he cannot change what he has done in the past. Whatever is the secret of Red, viewers would need to find out in the upcoming episodes.

Teaser photos revealed

Aside from the short clip about the series, teaser images were also released which gives us a glimpse of what will happen in episode 19. One image shows Agent Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) being arrested which means that he is in trouble. Fans are confused since usually, he is the one arresting people and not the other way around.

There are also images for "The Blacklist" showing Ressler with a bit of blood on his forehead while holding a gun. He is also seen peeking around a corner to make sure that he is covered. Another image shows Ressler jumping over the fence and running with his gun. Probably he is after the bad guy but it is not yet known who that is.

It also appears that Liz and Samar (Mozhan Marno) will be working together. What are the two bad ass ladies up to? Liz is also seen talking to Red and it seems that she is investigating something. While Liz is doing her thing, Samar is seen in a hospital with a brain scan behind her. Whose brain scan is that?

The images also show Red and Dembe together wherein one photo shows Red pointing to Dembe (Hisham Tawfiq). It appears that Dembe doesn't approve of something since he looks mad in one image. What bothers Dembe?

"The Blacklist" season 4 episode 19 will air on May 4, 10 p.m. EDT on NBC.
