Alright, "The Blacklist" fans. This is truly it for season 4. They're apparently capping this season off with two, huge episodes 21 and 22, back to back to make for a massive two-hour finale episode that's going to be filled with lots of action, drama, and suspense, because we've got Red and company, going on an intense hunt for a very sophisticated thief at some point. Then some major risk is going to be involved in a plan that's designed to rescue the Task Force and Red in the final episode, and more! As always, we have the official NBC press releases to thank for these wonderful spoiler scoops.
It's all about Mr. Kaplan
They also let us know what the title of these two episodes are. Number 21 is labeled: "Mr. Kaplan," and number 22 is called: "Mr. Kaplan: Conclusion." So, yeah. We can definitely expect these to be all about Mr. Kaplan and whatever scandalous activities she's up to. They started things off by telling us that Red is going to be facing a crippling siege on his criminal organization, so to remedy that, he will end up, tracking down a high-end thief that has been enlisted by Mr. Kaplan to take on a mystery assignment.
Tough decision
Next, they let us know that Aram will be in action in this one as well. It turns out that he's going to have to make a very tough decision after Agent Gale carries out some extreme tactics in response to his latest investigation, involving the Task Force's conduct.
What will be this hard choice that Aram will have to make? Will he be able to go through with it? Those are the big questions for his storyline. It sounds like it'll definitely give us some very intriguing scenes to look forward to.
Save the Task Force
Alright, so that wraps up the teasers for episode 21. It is confirmed to hit the airwaves next Thursday night, May 18th,2017 at 8 pm central time on NBC.
Now, it's time to get into this description they gave us for the very last episode 22 of this season. They started it off with the big risky plan intel. Apparently, this crazy plan is going to get set in motion, at some point, by Red. It will be designed to save the Task Force and himself because apparently, this crazy Mr. Kaplan chick is going to launch the very last phase of her assault on his criminal empire!
Will Red's wild plan be able to get he and his crew out of trouble? Or will they have to succumb to all the fallout that Mr. Kaplan serves up? Currently, we're hearing that NBC will most likely renew this show for a new season 5, so we might get a cliffhanger out of this, but hopefully, they do answer these very important questions instead.
Confronting her past
Last, but most certainly not least, they let us know that Liz will be in action in this one. At some point, she's going to end up, confronting what her largest questions are in regards to her past. Will she find the answers she's looking for? Or will she have to keep on looking?
