After Queen B announced her pregnancy, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star Kim Kardashian also expressed her desire to have another child. Rumors are circulating online that she is just envious of the attention Beyonce is getting because she is having twins. However, it appears there is a different reason she wants to have a third baby.
Rough times
According to reports, Kim wants another baby now that her marriage with husband Kanye West bounced back from months of alleged marital strain. People reported that the couple had some rough times after sharing different political views.
Kim also felt bad that her husband wasn't by her side when she needed him.
After the traumatizing robbery experience, Kim wants Kanye to stay with her all the time. But he wasn't able to do that since Kanye had a breakdown and was confined in the hospital. After all the rough times that they went through, the pair is back on track with their marriage. Having another baby could be a good way to show the world that they are okay. Aside from that, it could also be a good storyline for their reality show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
Pregnancy risks
But even if Kim badly wants a third child, her doctors said that it would be risky for her to be pregnant again. The doctors discovered during her pregnancy with North that she has a high-risk condition called placenta accreta.
This happens when the placenta is deeply attached to the uterine wall making it life-threatening. There is a possibility that she will lose an enormous amount of blood during delivery.
Despite that, Kim will still try to be pregnant since she wants to do it on her own. According to her, she is not giving up, and she wants to give a sibling to North and Saint.
Her momager Kris Jenner said that she doesn't want Kim to do something that will put her life in danger. Aside from conceiving on her own, she is also considering another option- surrogacy.
Surrogacy
In an interview with Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live," Kim admitted that she begged her sister Khloe to be her surrogate.
She added that she did not want to do it to Khloe if she does not agree. Kim also revealed that her mother Kris and sister Kourtney offered to be the surrogate. Kim said that her planned pregnancy is a process which can be seen in the next episodes of their reality show.
