Jill and Derick Dillard are off on another mission trip, and it turns out they are asking their fans for Money once again. Jill went to the Dillard Family Blog to update fans on how things are going for them plus the fact that they are in need of a bit of money to help with their mission trip and also the birth of their second child, which is coming soon.

What have Jill and Derick been up to in Central America?

Jill Duggar Dillard shared that they need prayers due to dealing with some seasonal allergy issues. She also asked for prayers for a young mom who is waiting on a call from a hospital about brain surgery.

She said they have been working with the youth and invited several over for a meal at their home after playing soccer. It sounds like this part is going well.

Jill Duggar Dillard also shared that they have been dealing with some hard issues during their time there. They have some friends who had their grandma pass away, but then their 20-year-old cousin was murdered while just simply selling coconuts. This family is going through a hard time, and Jill invited them into their home for a nice American meal. Their teenager even had a stroke after hearing the news about their cousin.

Here is what Jill said about the family needing money. "-Continued financial support as we still need to raise additional support for the rest of our time here on the field as well as the time we will be home surrounding the birth of our second little boy due in early July.

Thank you to those of you who are supporting us already! (Donate online: www.dillardfamily.com)" This shocks fans a bit seeing that they are asking for donations for their son. It sounds like Jill and Derick will be heading back to the United States before long to prepare for his birth. They have shared all along that they wanted to be here when they had him.

They haven't shared how long they will stay, though.

The fans seem to have mixed feelings when Jill and Derick ask for money. Some want to help them out because they are on a mission trip, but others feel like they get paid very well for their show "Counting On" and should not be asking their fans for money. Now they are asking for money to help with when they have their son, not just their mission trip.

Are you surprised to hear that Jill and Derick Dillard are asking for money? Do you feel like this is the right way for them to do it? Sound off in the comments section below on your thoughts, and don't miss new episodes of "Counting On" when they return to TLC in June.
