Mackenzie Ziegler and her older sister Maddie Ziegler were undoubtedly “Dance Moms” residence dancer mentor Abby Lee Miller’s favorite students, and many believed that they were lucky enough to be on the 50-year-old’s good side. However, when the siblings left the Lifetime show to pursue their individual careers outside the studio, that’s when their real feelings toward their teacher and the show came out.

Maddie Ziegler previously shared that she will never ever go back to “Dance Moms,” noting that the hit reality dance television series gave her too much stress at a very young age.

Now, it seems that it’s Mackenzie Ziegler’s turn to reveal what she really feels about everything.

Former ALDC member ready to move on from show

The talented young star may be all grown up now but she will always be remembered as one of the original cast members of “Dance Moms” and the youngest member of the Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) Elite Competition Team. So, whatever the 12-year-old dancer, actress, singer, model, and YouTube star does, people usually connect it to the Lifetime show.

Mackenzie Ziegler was shy and quiet, but found her voice through social media. Maddie Ziegler’s little sister normally uses this platform to express her thoughts and feelings, and one of her recent posts seemingly referred to Abby Lee Miller’s one-year sentence for fraud and money laundering.

Mackenzie reacts to Miller's sentence

The “Dance Moms” alum shared a photo via Instagram on Abby Lee Miller’s day of sentencing. Mackenzie Ziegler captioned the snap, “happy girl,” adding a smiling emoji that garnered mixed reactions. Many believed that the young star was happy about her new single coming out, while some are convinced that her post had a double meaning, and that she may also be happy about her former mentor’s jail sentence.

This is not the first time that Mackenzie Ziegler hinted that she is no longer a fan of Abby Lee Miller. The YouTube star seemingly blocked the ALDC dance instructor on Instagram, which confused Miller when she couldn’t tag her former student in a throwback photo that she posted on her social media account.

“Some years ago, in Europe somewhere?

Life was simpler and they all learned how to "bevel" that ankle! #aldcla #aldcalways #dancemoms #aldcproud #ALDC #abbyleeapparel btw; I try to tag @kenzieziegler no luck?!?!” Abby Lee Miller captioned the snap.
