Fans are all keen to see what the future hold for Barry in "The Flash" season 3 Episode 19 titled "The Once and Future Flash." It has been teased that the future Barry is all jumbled up after losing Iris and not just the Flash but also the rest of team. According to the recent trailer presented on MStar, the chapter takes off right after Abra Kadabra talked with Barry with the information that he is from a different future and he knows who Savitar is. In the new episode of "The Flash" Barry will then go to 2024 to know more about Savitar and to support the God of Speed.

Although Top was nowhere in the trailer, episode 19 photos released by BuddyTV confirms the villain's return by Mirror Master's side in terrorizing all of Central City.The promo for the episode titled "The Once and Future Flash" shows the future Killer Frost taunting Barry (Grant Gustin).

The world that greets him looks barren. The villain teases Barry that it is she who is responsible for all the chaos. Later on, Barry meets his future self. The latter has longer hair and he looks ready to throw in the towel and give up.

What will happen to Barry in the future? In a recent interview with TVLine, Gustin revealed that the episode features a number of scenes between the two Barrys, which according to the actor, were very challenging to film.

“It’s a lot of scenes with Barry and Barry, and they’re pretty emotional scenes from both sides,” said Gustin. “They were some of the more challenging scenes I’ve done — if not just this year, in the whole series, because I’m my own scene partner.” "The Flash" Season 3, Episode 19 is scheduled to hit the airwaves on Apr. 25 on CW.
