Will the Jedi end?

In an interview together with Daisy Ridley on ABC, Mark Hamill confirmed that it was his voice that can be heard saying that intriguing line in the teaser.

The movie legend who is now 65 years old revealed that like everyone else, he was very surprised to read what Rian Johnson, the movie director, had written. He added that he is sure the audience will be surprised too. It is worth noting that his character in the movie was seen as one of those who upholds the ways of the Jedi and the Light Side.

According to several theories, it is possible for the character to be turning to the Dark Side. Perhaps the character has witnessed so much death and destruction that it is now leading him to turn his back on everything that he knows.

When Hamill was asked if it his character in the movie would turn to the Dark Side, the actor admitted that anything is possible.

The actor who has been a part of the franchise for four decades admitted that he was not exactly certain about the movie director’s intention when he was asked to say it.

Aside from Hamill, Ridley’s character in the movie is also speculated to be the one turning to the Dark Side. Several claims pointed out that the poster released during the Celebration hinted this.

It can be recalled that previously, it was confirmed that Rey is disappointed with Luke as her Jedi mentor.
