After the successful promotion of “Smurfs: The Lost Village,” “Hotel Transylvania” and “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, Sony and MovieTicket join hands to promote three upcoming films from Sony Pictures Entertainment. The studio says that it will release “The Emoji Movie,” “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle,” and “Spider-Man: Homecoming” under this co-branding deal.

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’

The cast includes Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Robert Downey Jr., Jacob Batalona, Laura Harrier, and Marisa Tomei. “Spider-Man: Homecoming” is one of the most anticipated movies.

Jon Watts is signed as a director of this film. The story is inspired by a novel of the same name. Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley have penned its dialogues. It is a reboot of the “Spider-Man” franchise. According to “Yahoo,” Sony will release the movie this summer and MovieTicket is responsible for selling its tickets worldwide. Promos are already out, creating excitement among fans. Sony claims that “Spider-Man: Homecoming” will be a blockbuster of the year. A recently released trailer gives glimpses of Peter Parker and Michael Keaton. Jon Favreau reprises his role from the “Iron Man” films.

‘The Emoji Movie’

Sony Pictures Animation won a bidding war against Warner Bros and Paramount Pictures to produce “The Emoji Movie.” The studio confirms its release this August, and MovieTicket would sell the tickets.

In a recent tweet, Sony said that T. J. Miller plays a protagonist, Emoji Gene. Ilana Glazer and James Corden have joined the cast. The film is directed by Tony Leondis and written by Eric Siegel. A recently released teaser trailer gives glimpses of the role of Ilana and Miller. Sony regularly uploads new movie clips on its official YouTube channel to create excitement among fans.

‘Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle’

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” is an upcoming American fantasy movie. It is a sequel to blockbuster “Jumanji.” Jake Kasdan directs this project, and Scott Rosenberg has penned the script. The film features Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Nick Jonas in the leading roles. It is scheduled to be released on December 20, 2017.

Sony says the movie is made to pay tribute to the late Robin Williams. There are rumors that Karen Gillan, Rhys Darby, and Morgan Turner have joined the cast, but Sony refuses to comment anything.
