"Little People, Big World" star Zach Roloff and his wife Tori may welcome their little boy into the world sooner than expected. Tori is almost 37 weeks pregnant so her due date is just a few weeks away. However, the kindergarten teacher hinted in her recent Instagram post that Baby Roloff is ready to make his entrance into the world.

Tori shares baby news with fans

Earlier this week, Tori posted a photo of her baby bump on Instagram and let her fans know that she is 1 cm. dilated and is already having contractions.

"36 Weeks. Felt my first contraction.1 cm.

dilated. Baby Roloff is the size of a watermelon. Yup... still pregnant. "

Some fans instantly thought that her post was a hint that she'd be going into labor soon., it's more likely that they are Braxton Hicks contractions. In other words, she's having warm up contractions, something that happens to many women a few weeks before they have their baby.

Tori won't be full-term for two weeks

It is totally possible that Tori Roloff could have her baby ahead of her due date. But if the baby decides to stay put for another week, Tori will be considered full term and labor can safely start at that point.

Full term used to be defined as 37-40 weeks, but according to a report in the journal "Obstetrics & Gynecology, a pregnancy is now considered full term at 39-40 weeks.

Baby Roloff may be a "little person"

According to the Daily Mail, Zach and Tori Roloff were told during a recent ultrasound that their baby's boy's arms and legs are measuring short. There is a possibility that the baby could be a dwarf like his father.

In a "Little People, Big World" teaser, Zach tells his mom, Amy, that he went to the doctor with Tori.

They were told that the baby's limbs measure "below average," but it's "not for sure" that the baby will be born a dwarf.

Tori and Zach Roloff's baby will be in good hands whether he is born a dwarf or not. Their baby will be a first for the "Little People, Big World" family and everyone is excited for his arrival, including Zach's mom, Amy, who recently threw herself a "grandma" shower.

“I randomly came up with that thought," Amy said about her grandma shower. "I wanted a grandma party and get those things that a grandma may need or want, so when the kids bring over the grandbabies, I’m all ready and prepared and they don’t have to stress out."

A May baby for Zach and Tori Roloff

Tori's due date is in May but she could surprise everyone (including her doctors) and have the baby on the last day of April. However, considering April 30 will be over in a few hours, it sounds like Baby Roloff is doing his best to stay put until closer to his actual due date.
