Following the release of the "Orphan Black" Season 5 trailer, there are some details that make fans excited about the upcoming season. This includes the possible end of the Leda clones and how the sestras will fight together.

In the said trailer, the characters of Tatiana Maslany are seen standing up together which manifests how they will fight as a team to stand up for their rights. Apparently, the Clone Club is ready to go with a bang and fans can expect a very exciting season with more revelations.

Is Season 5 the finale?

Fans are aware that "Orphan Black" will wrap up in Season 5 which makes it both sad and exciting.

No doubt, there will be a huge void once the sci-fi thriller ends. But creators Graeme Manson and John Fawcett are certain about the final season.

“We always sort of had five seasons in mind,” Manson said in an interview. “And the thing that we just didn’t want to do is get kind of soft around the middle. We really think that it’s cooler to cancel yourself than to get canceled.”

Season 5 Spoilers

The trailer for the upcoming season features the different challenges that the cloned sisters will face. Sarah Manning is seen running away from an enemy while Alison Hendrix faces challenges in her suburban household. Sarah will also find out that her daughter Kira and Mrs. S are held by Ferdinand.

Cosima Niehaus is brokenhearted after realizing that her lover Delphine Cormier (Evelyne Brochu) died.

But other reports are saying that Delphine is actually alive. She will also find the cure for the Leda clones.

As for Helena, she will continue to struggle as a result of her pregnancy which is a result of an experiment done to her by a weird group of people. The newer clone named Krystal is also seen attacking a mysterious guy.

Felix (Jordan Gavaris) will also discover something that might be relevant to the cloned sisters.

Series plot

Award-winning actress Tatiana Maslany plays the role of the cloned sisters. The story started when Sarah saw a woman who committed suicide in the train railway. The woman, named Beth Childs, looked identical to her and she decided to steal her identity.

Sarah then investigates more about the woman and she later discovers that there are more women who look like her. She meets all of them as they look for the truth about their beginning and the reason why some people are trying to kill them.

The fifth and final season of "Orphan Black" will return on Saturday, June 10 at 10/9c on BBC America. Season 5 is comprised of ten episodes.
