"Days of Our Lives'" fans can expect to see a new character arriving in Salem very soon, and it will be a familiar television face to many longtime daytime and primetime soap fans. For several weeks now a popular "Days" news and spoiler site has teased fans with hints about who the potential former 80s television star would be that would make their summer appearance on "DOOL."
New mysterious woman comes to town, but not without motives
Now, it appears that the arrival will be of a woman, and that woman is highly suspected to be actress Donna Mills of "Knots Landing" and most recently a "General Hospital" star, who played Madeline Reeves.
In 2015, Mills also won a Daytime Emmy for her role as Reeves on "General Hospital." Although not 100 percent officially confirmed, it is likely that Donna Mills will be playing Ava's mother, and Tripp's grandmother on the popular NBC daytime soap. Spoilers state that Ava's mother could be blowing into Salem to get to know her estranged grandson, Tripp, and potentially begin seeking out the person responsible for her daughter's murder, looking for a heartbroken mother's revenge.
This week on "Days" there is going to be a lot of excitement and fear centered around Brady and Nicole. Brady is in some pretty bad shape and it looks as if he is going to have a close brush with death. But, Brady, being Brady, he will survive, but not without major drama.
Brady needs a new heart, and now! This is going to have many Salem residents and family members fearing for his life.
Nicole is also having a rough time, as she is still being held captive by Xander, who wants to believe Nicole is powerless at this time, but Nicole is a fighter, and she will do whatever it takes to find her way out of this.
Xander should watch his back, because at this point Nicole feels there is really nothing left for her to lose by taking him on.
It is also going to be revealed that Eric is going to be Brady's go-to-man as he enlists Eric's help to find Nicole and baby Holly before the police do. However, since Eric and Jennifer are now a thing, there is no way she is going to let him take on this dangerous mission alone, she is going to stick close by his side to make sure he stays safe.
Ciara and Wyatt will move their relationship to the next level, but Ciara is too taken with him to see through his games, and things are not as they seem. It is going to be a great week for "Days Of Our Lives" fans.
