Last night, the kind ABC folks gave us a new spoiler/promo clip look (below) at the upcoming "Grey's Anatomy" episode 19 of season 13, and it certainly did not disappoint, showing us new footage and intel of what's going to go down with Maggie when she tries to pull off that extremely difficult surgery that was described in the official synopsis for this episode. And it doesn't look too good for her as she's seen, totally freezing up, causing a major panic with the operation team, and more! It's pretty wild. As previously reported this episode is entitled: "What's Inside."
She's ready to jump back in
The new clip, starts off, showing us a scene that features a Maggie and Meredith moment.
Meredith is spotted, asking Maggie if she's ready for her first day back. Shortly after that, we see Maggie, getting all excited about a new surgery job and immediately volunteers to do it. Next, we see Owen, expressing some major concern about Maggie doing this job, questioning what if something goes wrong with this surgery? Meredith sticks up for Maggie, saying she's ready to jump back in. What's the big deal?
What's wrong with her?
Next, we see Maggie actually trying to pull off this very difficult surgery. Then surely enough, something goes wrong and Maggie is spotted, totally freezing up as the team is begging her to please do something! Oh no! So, it does appear that Maggie is totally getting in over her head with this latest assignment.
The clip did cut out before they revealed whatever else is going to happen, so who knows? She might end up, snapping out of whatever trance she's in, but it definitely doesn't look good. Will she be able to overcome this and complete the surgery? Or will the doctors have to act fast, and replace her with someone else before it's just too got damn late?
One thing's for sure. It's going to be a very suspenseful scene and highly interesting to see how this whole thing plays out. Be sure to check out the new clip, below.
As previously reported, ABC released an official synopsis for this episode, telling us that along with the big surgery that Maggie takes on, we're also going to see Stephanie in action.
Unfortunately, it's not going to be good action as they tell us that she is going to make a mistake while trying to treat one of the patience, so that should add more drama to this very intense episode. It's scheduled to air on Thursday night, April 6th,2017 at 7pm central time on ABC. Stay tuned.
