Kailyn Lowry has her claws out and she isn't backing down. News of a court date with Javi Marroquin was released earlier today and it looks like it had nothing to do with custody of Lincoln. Lowry decided to file for a protection from abuse order against Marroquin. This basically means war.
The circumstances
While the circumstances surrounding the reason Kailyn Lowry filed the protection from abuse order aren't clear, they are intriguing to "Teen Mom 2" viewers. Javi Marroquin signed the order voluntarily so an investigation into the abuse was not necessary.
This means that Marroquin could have been found not guilty if the investigation was launched but since he just signed it, there is no need to probe further. Agreeing to this was not an admission of guilt and according to people close to Javi, he didn't do anything wrong.
According to Kailyn Lowry's rep, Javi Marroquin was showing up at her home angry and uninvited. Of course, there are two sides to every story and from how viewers have seen Kailyn act on "Teen Mom 2" toward Javi, it isn't shocking that she wouldn't like the reaction she gets from him at times. This all comes just days after Lowry admitted she blamed her ex-husband for leaking her pregnancy news to the tabloids. When she appeared on "Teen Mom 2 Live" via Skype she initially accused Jenelle Evans of leaking the info but after a few minutes, she sent out a tweet apologizing to Evans and throwing the accusations back at Marroquin.
Kailyn's pregnancy news hit Javi hard
When it was confirmed that Kailyn Lowry was indeed expecting another child, there was chatter about how Javi Marroquin would react. She suffered a miscarriage in December of 2015, and that was part of the reason the two ended their marriage. Javi has been up front about wanting more children and Kailyn decided she was done after Lincoln.
Now, they are divorced and she is 17 weeks pregnant with a third man's child.
Right now, the two cannot have any contact with one another unless it is directly about Lincoln. Javi Marroquin can voice his opinions on social media and he is the king of shade right now. Kailyn Lowry will be focused on the upcoming delivery of her third child and dodging the question of who her newest baby daddy is, and how involved he will be.
