Rick’s Close Call on 'The Walking Dead': - On the March 5th, 2017, Episode 12, Season 7 of “The Walking Dead,” Rick and Michonne spend some time together searching for guns to give to Jadis. The guns are part of the deal they made with her to convince her to fight with them against Negan. While searching for weapons, Rick and Michonne discover an abandoned fairground filled with walkers who are carrying guns. It is just what they are looking for.

They hatch a plan to kill the walkers, get the guns and head home to their friends; however, on “The Walking Dead,” things don’t always go as planned.

When Rick sees a deer and climbs the Ferris wheel to shoot it, he falls to the ground and the walkers are soon upon him.

Michonne comes running to help him but it seems like it is too late. She sees the walkers crowding around something as they devour it and she thinks it is Rick. Of course, on “The Walking Dead,” no death is confirmed until you see the victim turn. She drops her katana in defeat. Just then Rick jumps out of his hiding place and throws her the dropped weapon and they finished off the walkers together.

Vox says that this scene is reflective of Rick’s “paralysis of grief.” Later, they talk about what happened and Rick tells her, “It’s not about us anymore, it’s about a future…And if it’s me that doesn’t make it you’re going to have to lead the others forward because you’re the one that can.” Could this be a hint about Rick’s upcoming death?

Time notes that previous episodes have played up the relationship between Rick and Michonne and that may foreshadow “dark things to come.”

Rosita Recruits Sasha on 'The Walking Dead'

Rick is not the only one on “The Walking Dead” that realized that his own death or the death of someone he loves could be impending. Rosita has her mind set on killing Negan and she believes that Sasha will help her.

She approached Sasha with her plan for Negan’s assassination and told her, “It’s a one-way ticket for both of us.” Is that another death on “The Walking Dead” is coming soon?

If next week’s episode title isn’t a hint, I don’t know what is. Next week’s episode of “The Walking Dead” is titled “Bury Me Here.” Who says it though? Is it Rosita or Sasha that say this phrase or is it Rick or Michonne or is it someone else entirely?
